Car troubles

My car crapped out on me. As I type, it is having a new motor put in by the mechanics my dad loves (KA). Elliott (my car) is going to have 190,000 miles with a brand-new motor, and hopefully he lasts a few more years (or at least until I have a "real" job). I debated just buying a new car, but I just don't know if I could do car payments and insurance on my current paycheck. Especially in the winter when money seems to be really scarce (going to school=working less hours). Having such an ugly car keeps me humble (haha). And I will really appreciate it when I get a new one! :)
